How does flat workspace pricing work?
Free includes 1 creator seat, Pro Solo includes 1 creator seat, Team includes 3 creator seats, Business includes 10 creator seats. Published viewers never need an account and never count as seats.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone you invite to your workspace who can create or edit content. People who just view your published guides, demos, portals, or Rooms never need an account and never count against your seats.
What is an AI credit?
Credits meter the AI work Steperly does for you: video analysis costs 1 credit per minute, AI narration costs 1 credit per 1,000 characters, translation costs 1 credit per 2,000 characters, and MP4 export costs 1 credit per minute with a 2-credit minimum. A single workflow can use more than one operation, so the number of videos varies. Credits reset monthly.
Can I try Steperly before paying?
Yes — the Free plan is the trial, and it never expires. Record a video, let the AI build your first guides, and share them anywhere with no card required. Upgrade when you need more guides, credits, or portals; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the billing period.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
Everything you've already created keeps working and stays shareable. New AI work (video analysis, narration, translation) pauses until your credits reset next month — or you can upgrade for a bigger monthly allowance.
Do public Portal AI questions use my creation credits?
No. Portal AI answers have a separate monthly allowance, so anonymous visitor questions cannot consume the credits you use for video analysis, narration, translation, or MP4 export.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
What do I save with yearly billing?
Yearly billing is charged once per year and currently saves up to 17% compared with paying monthly. Each plan card shows its exact annual total.
Do you offer Enterprise plans?
Yes. Contact us for an Enterprise service agreement, security review, and invoiced billing. SSO and per-workspace custom limits are not currently part of the standard product.
